8. GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

An agricultural fungicide for the control of diseases on wheat and barley. It is a mixture of a DMI and strobilurin fungicides. It has protective and curative properties.

Do Not apply if rain is expected within 48 hours.

The azoxystrobiln (strobilurin) fungicides acts from spore germination to penetration and binds to a mitochondrial enzyme blocking electron transfer and inhibiting respiration. It provides good protection and long residual action
The epxoiconazole (DMI dimethylation inhibitors) act from penetration through mycelial grwoth stage to pre sporulation by inhibiting ergosterol and reducing mycelial growth..

Epoxiconazole is classified by SWA as a Class 3 Carcinogen, possibly carcinogenic to humans.

Acceptable Daily Intake (ADI) - The ADI for Azoxystrobin is set at 0.1mg/kg/day. The corresponding NOEL is set at 10mg/kg/day.

23. TOXICITY SYMPTOMS:

Ingestion - Symptoms may include burning sensation and reddening of skin in mouth and throat. Other symptoms may also become evident, but all should disappear once exposure has ceased.

If SWALLOWED - If swallowed, do NOT induce vomiting. Wash mouth with water and contact a Poisons Information Centre, or call a doctor.
If in EYES - Irrigate for 15 minutes with plenty of water.
If on SKIN - Rinse with plenty of water, remove contaminated clothing, wash with soap and water.
If INHALED - Remove patient to fresh air.
If patient has symptoms or is concerned contact a doctor immediately.
