Metribuzin plus Trifluralin

This tank mix was developed to control Barley Grass and Brome Grass in the Blade variety of Wheat and Barley. It may cause serious yield losses in other varieties of wheat.

Rates quoted in HerbiGuide are equivalent to mixing a 150:1000 ratio of Lexone DF plus Treflan.

1150 mL or g/ha of this mix is equivalent

to 1000 mL/ha of trifluralin 400g/L plus 150 g/ha of Lexone DF

or 1000 mL/ha of trifluralin 400g/L plus 160 g/ha of Sencor 700

or 1000 mL/ha of trifluralin 400g/L plus 235 mL/ha of Sencor 480.

Higher rates of up to 200 g/ha of Lexone can be used on Blade Wheat in areas with heavy weed infestations or on heavier soil types with higher organic matter.
